This is a season to intentionally pray more and spend time in the Word.
Except God to speak, move and perform miracles on your behalf.
Perfection is not the expectation during this fast. We simply ask that you remain mindful of its purpose and stay aligned in unity with our GLA Church family.
- Commit to reading the word and praying more
- Fast for eight hours
- Limit secular television, music and social media during fasting hours (except for work purposes)
- Liquids are allowed during the fast, excluding soda
- If you take medication, please use godly wisdom as you participate
