Combined Church History

       After much prayer, upon hearing the voice of God,& submitting to the will of God.  Pastor Gilbert Lamard Allen (Mardy) & Co-Pastor Carla Allen approached the governing bodies of both, Greater Apostolic Church & New Life in Christ Ministries about combining each ministry for the greater good of kingdom work.  As confirmation, both unanimously agreed with a merge & upon June 9th 2013 both churches entered 5296 Tireman as one body.  With one vision, Pastor Mardy & Co Pastor Carla assumed all Pastoral duties & Bishop Allen continues to serve as Bishop, Advisor & Pastor Emeritus of the church.  We thank God for his power, presence and approval upon this venture.  Immediately souls were saved, backsliders restored, people delivered & brought back home.  The spirit of unity & kingdom work continues to increase & God has shown his blessings on our church, with each church bringing its own anointing & giftings combining as one.  We are witnessing the power of unity & obedience!  Our young people & married couples are being revived through outings & ministries that go beyond the four walls of the church.  As well as food pantries & 1st & 3rd Sunday dinners that help to build unity & fellowship amongst the saints as well as outreach for the community.  We truly give all the glory to God for the things he has & is continuing to do!!
